Thank you for shopping with Murlyn Creative Publishing. We take great care in packaging and shipping your books to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Refunds, Except for Damaged Books
All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the book arrives damaged.
Damaged Upon Arrival? Here’s What to Do:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, the following conditions must be met:

Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a clear unboxing video that starts from the unopened, sealed package and shows the full process of unboxing.

Visible Damage: The video must clearly show the damage to the book upon first opening.

Timely Notification: Contact us within the day of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

No Exceptions Without Proof: Refunds or replacements will not be issued without a qualifying unboxing video.
If the claim is approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement copy at no extra cost.
